Plywood
Hetrix Plywood is made of high quality hardwood . Both the inner core and the outer surfaces are made from superior quality wood and bonded with Formaldehyde Resin. Special formulations of chemicals, poisons the Glue line to make it safe against borers. It is hot pressed under proper temperature and specific pressure and then conditioned followed by preservative treatment.
It is also chemically treated to make it more water resistant and to ensure high quality of the product. The high strength hardwood veneer and the superior boiling strength add extra stability and durability to the product to resist climatic variations.
Laminates

Flush Door
Flush doors are simple door designs that have plain facings on both sides. It has completely smoothsurfaces and are made by sandwiching plywood over light timber frame.
Hetrix Flush Doors are produced from well seasoned hardwood timber. Hetrix flush doors use high quality core. . Face veneers encompass both sides of the core. These are bonded at high pressure and temperature and are chemically treated to ensure protection against warping, bulging, shrinkage, brittleness and cracks. Each phase of manufacture is carefully controlled with utmost care which makes Hetrix flush door highly robust and resistant to extreme weather conditions.
